Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leads the development and driving of a clear generative AI strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business goals.
• Identifies opportunities for generative AI and innovation across various departments and functions.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams, including I&T, TIS, GBS, and other business or project teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on digital initiatives.
• Leads the implementation of generative AI technologies, tools, and platforms to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Ensures seamless integration of new AI technologies with existing systems and processes.
• Develops change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during generative AI initiatives.
• Provides leadership and guidance to ensure employees embrace and adopt new AI technologies and practices.
• Evaluates existing business processes and identifies opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization using generative AI.
• Leads process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization using generative AI.
• Utilizes data analytics and insights to make informed decisions and measure the impact of generative AI initiatives.
• Collaborates with external partners, vendors, and solution providers to leverage their expertise and resources for successful generative AI implementation.
• Oversees training programs to upskill employees in using new AI technologies, tools, and processes effectively.
• Identifies and addresses potential risks associated with generative AI initiatives, including data security and compliance.
• Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of generative AI efforts.
• Regularly reports progress to executive/senior leadership and stakeholders.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), are advantageous
• ITIL Foundation (minimum) or higher
• SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous

Required Experience:

• Significant proven experience in a similar role within a global Information Technology organisation
• Significant proven experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management within an Information Technology environment
