    Principal Clerk

    Job Purpose
    To provide administrative assistance in Recruitment and Administration Branch.

    This post reports to RECRUITMENT AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

    Key Responsibility Areas

    •  Undertaking the administration of new engagements, promotions and or progressions.
    •  Extracting, tracking and updating recruitment reports.
    •  Executing manual and electronic scheduling.
    •  Arrange for interviews.
    •  Typing and updating recruitment and administration correspondences.
    •  Filling of general correspondence related to recruitment and administration.
    •  Perform general driving duties.

    • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a relevant certificate in one of the following fields:
    • Administration.Office Management and Technology.Public Management/Public Administration.Business Administration.Human Resource Management.
    • 3 Years relevant experience.
