    Performance Marketer

    Overview:

    • A leading provider of financial technology solutions is in search of a Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic company.

    • The main purpose of the role is to develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and achieve commercial performance targets.
    • This role involves managing various digital channels including acquisition partners, affiliate marketers, PPC, SEO/SEM, and social advertising, with a focus on optimising campaign performance and maximising marketing efficiency.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Create and execute performance marketing strategies with specific objectives across different channels that align with the company’s business goals and target audience.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximising return on investment (ROI).
    • Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments as needed.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and driving targeted traffic.
    • Work closely with the marketing team, data analysts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance marketing strategies with overall marketing and sales goals.
    • Regular and ongoing communication with acquisition partners.
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in search and performance marketing to keep the company’s strategies current and competitive.
    • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
