    Paid Media Specialist

    Join our Clients team as a Paid Media Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our advertising strategies across various platforms. This role will involve harnessing analytics to optimise ad spend, ensuring maximum ROI, and spearheading campaigns that stand out in crowded lead generation verticals. This position is tailored for those adept at navigating the dynamic landscape of digital advertising, fine-tuning campaigns for peak performance, and consistently pushing the boundaries for better results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Campaign Leadership: Spearhead advertising campaigns on social media and YouTube, emphasising lead generation in various verticals, with a relentless focus on optimization and ROI maximisation.
    • Lead Generation Development: Design and oversee lead generation mechanisms, including surveys and forms, tailored to capture high-quality leads effectively.
    • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct thorough analyses of campaign data across platforms, utilising insights to fine-tune strategies and enhance overall campaign performance.
    • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft and iterate on innovative advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.
    • Market Awareness: Maintain a pulse on digital advertising trends and platform updates, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and compliant with best practices.
    • Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently, constructing well-organised ad groups and campaigns to optimise spend and achieve campaign objectives.
    • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track campaign metrics, providing clear insights into performance, optimizations, and ROI.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor ongoing campaign performance across all deployed platforms, making informed, data-driven decisions to continually refine and elevate campaign success.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, laying the groundwork for strategic media buying.
    • At least 3 years of experience in media buying or paid advertising, specifically targeting lead generation across social media platforms and YouTube.
    • Proven track record in navigating media buying within lead generation niches such as debt relief, legal services, loans, insurance, healthcare, education, and home services.
    • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for in-depth campaign tracking and optimisation.
    • Solid understanding of marketing automation tools and direct response marketing strategies to drive effective lead conversions.
    • Exceptional analytical capabilities for interpreting campaign data, formulating insights, and adjusting strategies to optimise performance.
    • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus, enhancing the visual appeal and engagement of ad campaigns.
    • Experience with CRMs like GHL (Go High Level), Salesforce, HubSpot, and integration tools like Zapier is hugely advantageous, enabling efficient lead management and automation processes.
    • An eagerness to continually learn and adapt within the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape.
