    Ops Specialist: CMS

    Core Description    

    • To support the end-to-end configuration and management of the campaign management system and related functions. Enable the Customer Value Management (CVM) team through supporting, design, monitoring and reporting of CVM campaigns. To extract, analyse and/ or transform data in preparation of campaign execution.

    Competencies    
    FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

    • Direct Marketing/ CRM; Data-driven Direct Marketing Principles, Techniques, Tools and Systems; Understanding of Customer Analytics, Segmentation, Customer Data Management; Commercial, Analytical Thinking and Decision-making; Sales-oriented Outbound/ Inbound Call Centre Management (including credit vetting); Telecommunication Industry (preferably mobile products & service, mobile customer behaviour); Legal & Regulatory Frameworks

    FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

    • Communication (written, oral); Stakeholder management; Influencing Techniques/ Visionary thinking; Design & Execution; Problem Solving; Business Analysis

    Qualifications    

    • Relevant 3 year degree/ diploma (NQF level 6), preferably in Marketing/ IT

    Experience    

    • 3 years experience in Marketing or Market Management or Campaign Management or Customer Relationship Management, of which at least 1 year of database and SQL knowledge

    Special Requirements    

    • Strong campaign management system capability technically on campaign system, Application Server, Data base management and configuration, LINUX and PL SQL.
    • A passionate and skilled communicator who can articulate both CVM#s vision and direction in a clear and compelling way
    • Customer orientation with the ability to establish and maintain an ongoing partnership with key stakeholders
