Core Description

Under limited supervision, render first line support relating to requests, incidents or problems received from the customers or operations. These relate to Open Systems tasks associated with Linux based operating systems / associated software, processes, automation and output management. Operates closely with customer to determine requirements and resolve problems.  Provides general technical support on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists.

• Valid Drivers license
