JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage and coordinate the Home Loans Legal portfolio through profiling, reviewing, investigating, reporting matters and escalating high risk defenses and allegations.
• To ensure that all identified risk in the legal and collecting process are efficiently and effectively handled.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma legal
• Certificate legal

Experience Required

• 3-4 years
• Extensive experience in a legal environment, financial institution and or Collection Department, actively engaged in profiling, investigation, reviewing and building reports on litigation matters.
