Job Summary

To create new business for Ford Financial Services through building relationships with existing, new and converted non-friendly Dealers, Financial and Insurance Consultants (F&I's) and Dealer Principals at Ford Dealership

Job Description

Accountabilities include:

Achievement of Sales targets

• Manage dealer achievement of sales targets through use of incentive schemes and Management Information from internal and external sources
• Execute a visitation programme for selected dealers according to dealer portfolio
• Drive the end-to-end process of application approvals and contracts
• Liaise with Dealer Account Manager with regards to the take-up of all to be settled FFS account holders

Retain and Improve relationships with Dealers

• Discuss FFS Customer Value Proposition (CVP) during regular relationship meetings
• Enhance the Ford brand by personally ensuring the visibility of the Ford Financial Services brand
• Provide training on Ford Financial services products and systems to Dealers

Facilitation of Deal Process

• Keep track of the sales process until contracts are signed and paid out
• Obtain and rectify process trends based on feedback from Key Target Dealers

• Conversions of non-friendly Dealers
• Achieve Value added products (VAP's) target

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Financial Accounting or Marketing
• FAIS 120 credits on NQF 4/5 (Required)
• FAIS Level 5 (Required to have this qualification by 2017 or 2018 latest)
• BCom Marketing or Finance (Preferred)
• NOF 5 Qualification eg. Business Service Advisory by Damelin (Preferred)
• 2 years Retail Sales Experience (Essential)
• 4 Years of marketing experience in the Vehicle and Asset Finance environment (Preferred)
• 2 Years relevant financial sector experience (FAIS Requirement)

Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
