JOB DESCRIPTION

• The role of the Transaction Manager is to co-ordinate the end to end transaction process supporting Real Estate Finance,  Investment Banking Products, in conjunction with various stakeholders (both internal and external to the bank) with a specific focus on deal closing, facility origination, ongoing facility administration, collateral management and the effective and maximum use of the bank’s various operating systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Science or equivalent tertiary education.

Experience Required:

• Experience within a Transaction Management or equivalent Middle Office environment
• Experience within a Finance Team
• Experience within an Internal Audit team
• Experience as a Credit Manager or completion of Articles with a bank or auditing firm.
