    Manager, Segment

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    To implement, enable, scale the deployment and monitor adoption of the customer value proposition(s) and life journeys across country for an allocated sub-segment in Consumer and High Net Worth Clients (e.g., Private, Prestige, Professional, etc.).

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Qualification

    • Business Commerce Degree

    Experience Required
    Affluent & High Net Worth Clients

    • 5-7 years
    • Experience in the development and enablement of CVPs. Good understanding of digital, open banking and platform integrations. Good understanding of behavioural economics and its practical application.
    • 5-7 years
    • Experience Description: Experience in/or exposure to an income statement, balance sheet, pricing strategies, risk management, credit and teamwork.
