JOB DESCRIPTION

• To provide customer, account, transactional and geographic metrics and insights for specific projects within Affluent Clients Banking that will directly support their strategic and tactical initiatives. This spans across all sectors, segments, regions and products e.g. financial performance metrics and the drivers behind this performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree (NQF7)
Field of Study: Information Technology

Experience Required

• 5-7 years Previous experience and knowledge Management, Information reporting and data analysis to help guide business execution on   Analysis & Design
• Ideal candidate expected to be a Value Manager to Affluent Clients Banking this will be realised through providing solutions that align to the operational and strategic requirements of the business.
• Provide insights to the Business and Affluent team on the diagnostic analytical
  outputs that help explain financial views e.g. the impact on the sales trends on the lagging measures.
• Deep level of specialist experience as it relates to Technology and more specifically Analysis and Design.
