    Manager: National Account Food Services - Midrand

    Job Description

    A career opportunity has arisen in the Sales Department – Premier Waterfal – Midrand.  As a Manager: National Account – Food Service, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy in the highly competitive FMCG sector. You'll have to unlock profitable and sustained sales growth in line with business requirements by developing and implementing customer plans for this channel through managing the sales team. (BTU: Food Services)

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Education: Matric, A bachelor’s degree in B.com related degree or diploma or equivalent qualification. Negotiations skills short course- Desirable
    • Experience Requirements    
    • Experience: Sales/ Account / Customer / Channel manager from FMCG industry- 3-5 years. HORECA Industry working experience-Desirable.

    Key Outputs    

    Key Responsibilities:

    • National Accounts Management: Ongoing review of macro, micro-environment and customer environment to implement sales tactics. Applying know how of the technical parameters of raw material and final products. Monthly and Quarterly review and alignment of targets against agreed annual plans and budgets with the relevant customers.
    • Customer Relationships : Maximise the BTU sales value chain Building and leveraging a network of critical suppliers and manufacturers to ensure full understanding of the customer segments and market opportunities.
    • Building condusive cross functional teamwork : Build relationships between internal stakeholders and customers.Foster and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to drive customer loyalty and growth.
    • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, considering market trends, customer requirements, and product performance. Manage budgets effectively, optimising resource allocation and ensuring financial objectives are met.
    • Sales and Revenue Optimisation: Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and trade marketing programs to maximise sales and profitability.
