    Manager Key Account & Inland Sales - EM South adiGolf

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To focus on strategic accounts across designated region, developing short/mid/long term strategic plans for each one, enabling market share acceleration and net sales growth
    • Meet turnover targets for assigned territory
    • Ensure the highest exposure of product by securing the maximum share of space in the key locations within each retail outlet.
    • To ensure key customers/staff are kept informed and updated on all product innovations and technologies.
    • Product training for all customers and staff on a regular basis
    • Merchandising of all products within each retail space
    • Responsible for organizing and implementing activations to drive the brand
    • POS and product support materials must always be distributed and placed with strategic relevance
    • Ensure the effective management of all KPIs, (sell-in, sell-out, availability, inventory levels, margin) and continually work to ensure these stay at healthy levels whilst delivering share growth
    • Build and implement GTM strategies on key products launches
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

    • Local adiGolf Team
    • Internal Shared Service Teams (supply chain, finance)
    • External Customers
    • Senior Manager adiGolf
    • Local adiGolf Sales Team

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • High level of strategic & creative capability
    • Growth Mindset
    • Good communication must be maintained between area territory partners, sales office, credit control and Senior Manager adiGolf
    • A key understanding of competitor products, campaigns and sales programs is essential
    • Must be willing to travel domestically frequently
    • Working hours outside of standard days and times will be required
    • Excellent communication and social skills
    • Consumer-focused
    • Composure and persistence
    • Good technical knowledge
    • Good understanding of golf landscape in South Africa
    • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    • University degree in Business and a minimum of 4-6 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in the Golf Industry
    • Functional: minimum 4+ years’ experience in sales, ideally in the sporting goods industry 
    • Ability to play golf at a decent level
    • Fluent in English
