Job Description

To monitor and manage the assigned solution(s) to achieve the solution plan (growth targets, performance indicators), enhance competitiveness and contribute to its growth.

Custodians play a crucial role in the financial industry by safeguarding assets and ensuring smooth settlement of transactions. Their functions can be categorized into domestic custodians and global custodians, each serving different scopes of asset management and operational needs.

Domestic Custodians:

• Focus on managing and safeguarding assets within one country.
• Handle local trade settlements, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide client support and tax services specific to the domestic market.

Global Custodians:

• Offer a broader range of services across multiple countries.
• Manage cross-border trades, international corporate actions, and global regulatory compliance.
• Provide comprehensive global reporting, investment services, and international tax solutions.

Considerations for the role :

Technical Experience

• Knowledge of Custody Services: Deep understanding of global custody operations, including asset servicing, trade settlement, and corporate actions.
• Financial Products Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of financial products including equities, bonds, money market instruments.
• Regulatory Awareness: Awareness of global regulatory environments and compliance requirements affecting custodians and financial markets.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with custody platforms, financial software, and data management systems.
