    Manager Corporate Affairs Legal

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with and manage external law firms.
    • Identify legal risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Manage non-compliance with contractual commitments.
    • Oversee litigation and actively participate in dispute resolution.
    • Ensure all legal documents and instructions comply with company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide training on legal and industry developments.
    • Provide legal advice and guidance as needed across various projects and initiatives.
    • Draft, review, and formalize agreements, policies, and other legal documents for TSAM.
    • Stay updated on legal and industry developments, advising management on the impact of new legislation.
    • Engage and liase with internal and external stakeholders for legal matters, transactions, and projects.
    • Draft and Update contract templates in line with best practices, incorporating feedback from relevant stakeholders.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • NQF Level 6 qualification in Law (Minimum 360 credits on level 8 framework).
    • LLB or equivalent academic degree preferred.
    • Admission as an attorney.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • 1-3 years post-admission experience as in-house counsel in a corporate/commercial/manufacturing environment, with a focus on contracts.
