    Manager, Change

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    To lead the strategic interventions within CIB Technology to enable Change Management, Business Communication and People Initiatives to meet the Standard Bank CIB strategic objectives.

    Drive the business unit's people business strategy to ensure an effective culture within CIB Technology. Lead the Production Change Control and Communication within CIB Technology to ensure compliance to internal agreed project management change governance.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • National Certificate - Project Management
    • First Degree - Social Sciences
    • Other Minimum Qualifications - Communications, Learning & Development, Marketing and/or Brand Management certification would be a minimum requirement.

    Experience:

    • Risk, Regulatory, Prudential & Compliance
    • Drive operational risk controls in adherence to legislative requirements, policies and procedures within the area of control to prevent losses and audit failures.

    • Monitor the adherence to Group Marketing and Communication policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

    Strategy

    • Execute the strategic interventions within CIB Technology to enable Change Management, Communication and People Initiatives to meet the Standard Bank strategic objectives.

    Client

    • Guide the decisions made by business to improve client experience and reduce risk.
    • Foster and engage business partner, stakeholder, vendor and client relationships to maintain business objectives and client service level agreements.

    Data

    • Analyse and report on the CIB Technology People Goals to ensure effective project delivery as per agreed project milestones.

    Financial Management

    • Develop and drive cost management and budgetary control within the business unit to manage operating expenditure.

    People

    • Lead the Change & Communication Team according to the Bank's leadership principles and values, including employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit, performance management, training and development, discipline and grievance management, retention and reward and people administration, to ensure a high performance culture.
    • Drive the business unit's people business strategy to ensure an effective culture within CIB Technology.
    • Lead the Production Change Control and Communication within CIB Technology to ensure compliance to internal agreed change governance.
    • Drive the Change and Communications Team to implement changes and projects within the Business Unit to ensure adherence to change management standards.
    • Design and develop change interventions as required to ensure people culture within the Business Unit is sustained.

    Product

    • Direct the execution of new products or changes to existing products within CIB to ensure effective service delivery.
