Load & Haul Superintendent - Kathu at Hire Resolve

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Blasting Certificate/Equivalent MQA qualification in Surface Mining
• Mine Overseer Certificate or NQF 6 Diploma in Mining
• Certificate in Explosives Engineering
• Mine Managers Certificate would be advantageous
• 8 years’ relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective load and haul operations (including dumping and construction) in order to achieve the operations production targets as per the mine plan, which includes but is not limited to:

• Operations management
• SHERQ (Safety Health Environment Risk and Quality)
• Contractor management
• Budget and cost control
• People management and leadership
• Continuous improvement
