Duties and responsibilities:

• Procure electronic and hard copy library resources to support existing programmes in development
• Catalogue and classify library material
• Build digital database
• Procure furniture and equipment to render services effectively
• Keep library tidy and orderly and protect library resources
• Respond to queries received from students physically, by telephone and e-mail
• Assist students and staff with library related and other queries
• Assist students with access and use of Computers, in particular Student Portal
• Train users in library procedures when required
• Make photocopies and printouts when required
• Update library policies, procedures and agreements when required
• Apply library policies and procedures
