What you’ll have done before

Baseline:

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Human Resources/ HR Development/ Training Management)
• 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development with 2 years in LMS Management
• Exceptional administration and coordination skills
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel

Advantageous:

• Post-graduate qualification in HRM
• Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity and challenges.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, multitask.
• Advanced knowledge Excel and data analytics skill or desire to acquire same
• Exciting Challenges you might face in the role
• Applies knowledge of the marketplace to advance the organisation’s  goals
• Contribute to driving the organization Learning and Development Strategy
• Creates a number of Learning and Development Reports.
• Effectively drive the organization learning and development culture

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively schedule employees for learning interventions requested.
• Building relationships with Internal stakeholders and external clients
• Creating lasting relationships with both internal and external clients
