    Lead: Talent Attraction Solutions(Stellenbosch)

    Purpose Statement

    • The Lead: Talent Attraction Solutions will be responsible for developing and implementing a Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Strategy, aligned with the overall talent attraction and talent acquisition strategy.
    • We are looking for someone passionate about people and with a proven track record of success in talent attraction and recruitment. The Lead will position Capitec as an employer of choice and enable the business to attract, engage and hire top talent.

    The core function of this role:

    • Internal enablement of teams on sourcing & attraction.
    • Campaign management and activation
    • Recruitment branding and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
    • Project, campaign, and solutions design and implementation

    Experience
    This role would be well suited to someone who:

    • Has high energy and enthusiasm, which inspires those around you. Naturally supporting with building partnerships with your critical stakeholders
    • A flair for project management and bringing creative campaigns to life.
    • You are attentive to detail and appreciate how this contributes to success in your role

    Minimum:

    • 5 - 6 years relevant HR/Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2 years recruitment marketing/ attraction solution experience
    • Cross functional influencing and negotiating and persuading to achieve objectives. 
    • Interacting and presenting to multi-level stakeholders with different functional focus.

    Ideal:

    • Exposure to a fast-paced scalable organisation
    • Experience driving an end-to-end attraction strategy for a function/portfolio
    • Exposure to journey mapping and design – bring into key tasks and responsibilities (operationalisation)

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Humanities or Marketing

    Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

    • A relevant degree in Marketing or Human Resources

    Knowledge
    Minimum:

    • Project Management methodology 
    • Employer branding methodology and practices
    • Recruitment marketing and talent acquisition processes
    • Research methodologies
    • Sourcing and attraction strategies
    • Basic employment legislation
    • South African labour market dynamics
    • Attraction and sourcing trends and innovations (local and international)
    • EVP principles, practices, trends.

    Ideal:

    • Financial Services
    • Understanding of go-to-market strategies
