Lead Mining Specialist - Centurion at WeBuyCars

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100 calls daily to follow up on expired leads
• Assign leads to buyers as per their requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Save a minimum of 75 saved deals per month
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with buyers and other management to ensure efficient lead management
• Analyse leads to prioritize follow-ups and optimize deal closures

Qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
