Junior Tax Administrator - Rosebank at Moore South Africa

Minimum Requirements    

• Be a South African citizen
• Be in possession of a Grade 12
• At least 2 year's tax experience
• Excellent numerical skills
• High stress thereshold, effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize duties
• Effective communication 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities    

• General Administration & other duties
• Processing weekly invoices
• Maintenance of Practice E-Filing profile
• Maintenance of client files
• Administer client take on process
• Weekly visit/appointments with SARS to resolve queries/submit original documents
• Update banking details
• Public Officer Updates
• De-registrations across all tax types

Tax Compliance

• Completion of basic annual tax returns for individuals, Trusts & Companies
• Management of monthly provisional tax runs
• Preparation of Dividends tax returns

SARS Registrations

• VAT, Customs, PAYE (including UIF and Workman's Compensation with the Department of Labour)
• Trusts, Individuals and Corporate Tax
• NPO/NPC
