Job Description

• Are you a resilient individual who thrives on the intricacies of financial reporting and analysis? We are seeking a detail orientated Junior Financial Analyst with a knack for problem solving to handle the financial reporting for our group companies.
• Your responsibilities will encompass compiling financial statements, accurately reconciling balance sheets, preparing tax and VAT returns, financial analysis, and project-based work. You will also engage with auditors and facilitate smooth audits.

We require:

• Matric and relevant accounting diploma/degree
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Solid understanding of audit techniques, banking platforms, and leading accounting software, ideally CaseWare
• Expertise in Excel, Income Tax, VAT Act, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative mindset
