    Journey Builder

    Qualifications    
    Essential:

    • A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience    
    KNOWLEDGE required:

    • Understanding of the African market and customers
    • Legal compliance (Protection of Personal Information Act, Electronic Information Act, etc.)
    • Customer knowledge on the target users/ customers
    • Customer discovery and research
    • Data knowledge, data gathering and analysis, generating insights and execution
    • Understanding of CRM across various touch points

    SKILLS required:

    • Superior numerical skills
    • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Engage across all levels of the business with regards to customer-centric marketing concepts and best practices
    • Stakeholder management with very strong interpersonal skills
    • Effective conflict management
    • Strong planning and organizing skills
    • Team collaboration skills

    TECHNICAL SKILLS required:

    • User journeys
    • User experience testing

    EXPERIENCE required:
    Essential:

    • 3 years in Direct Marketing or CRM
    • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM platforms and digital transformation
    • Experience within an Online Commerce and/or Digital environment
    • Experience in a campaign and project environment

    Preferred:

    • Extensive experience with Journey Builder, Automation studio, Web studio, Email studio and/or Audience Builder.

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Develop, create and implement customer journeys to drive engagement and revenue.
    • Build, test and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social media, etc).
    • Create and implement personalized messaging across multiple channels.
    • Drive business objectives (SBU’s / Commercial) and design campaign journeys.
