IT Lecturer (JB3277) at Educor Holdings

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Lecturer to join our dynamic team. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and contributing to curriculum development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of Technology in Information Systems, at least one year of teaching/lecturing experience, and a strong background in delivering lectures both on-campus and online, preferably with hybrid (semi-remote/online) students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures in the following subjects: Programming 1 & 2, Documentation Analysis and Design 1, Web Development 2, Linux, Networks 1, and Systems Software.
• Conduct thorough administrative tasks related to courses and actively participate in departmental meetings.
• Stay updated with service standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research and develop new topics, courses, and teaching materials, including online resources.
• Participate in examination certification and promotion processes.
• Conduct face-to-face lectures and contact sessions with distance learning students.

Key Performance Areas:

• Academic Content Development and Lecturing: Develop and deliver high-quality academic content in line with the curriculum.
• Academic Leadership and Research: Contribute to academic leadership and engage in research activities within the field of IT.
• Student Records and Academic Monitoring: Maintain accurate student records and monitor academic progress.
• General Academic Administration: Carry out general administrative tasks related to academic activities.
• Student Support and Contact Sessions (Distance): Provide support and conduct contact sessions for distance learning students.
