    Inventory Deployment Master Data Analyst

    Job Description

    The Key purpose of this role is to be responsible for managing and analyzing master data related to inventory deployment. To ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various systems and databases, which is crucial for efficient inventory management and deployment.

    The Incumbent will work closely with other departments, such as WSNP, SNP, T1, InEx, and Tech, to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time, based on accurate and up-to-date data. They also play a critical role in improving data quality, contributing to more reliable forecasts and strategic decisions.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Master Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data related to inventory deployment across multiple systems
    • Warehouse Capacity Analysis: Analyse warehouse capacity, utilizing trends and forecasts to determine necessary changes to distribution strategies.
    • iPlanner Data Management: Maintain and analyze Preferred Root Matrix (PRM) data within the iPlanner system, ensuring distribution channels are up-to-date and all necessary changes are implemented timeously
    • Spotlight: Input Masterdata & rules, ensure suggestions are in accordance with Business need, and engage with solutions to better system outputs. Analyse and report on system adoptions across the IDP team
    • Production and Inventory Policy Balancing: Balance increases and decreases in production with changes in inventory policy throughout the grids to ensure production continuity and optimal stock levels.
    • Data Quality Assurance: Regularly review and clean data to maintain high standards of data quality across all systems.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Perform data analysis and compile reports to ensure visibility across the IDP area and to support the decision-making processes.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure data alignment and effective inventory management.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management and inventory deployment efficiency.
    • IDP Planning: Inventory Deployment Planning when required
    • Service Level: Monitor and report on Service Level. SL Load suggestion and prioritisation. Scrutinize daily Load Plan to ensure closure of OOS.
    • T1 iPlanner master data: Ensuring that all T1 I planner inputs are managed daily and is accurate.
    • Demand inputs: Review demand by SKU and site to ensure accurate deployment in I Planner

    Profile:

    • Relevant Bachelors degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
    • 3 – 5 years operational or planning experience in FMCG
    • Deep Knowledge of NoCC Logistics and Planning processes, specifically inventory management
    • Understanding of ABInBev Logistics and Planning principles
    • Improvement through root cause and trends analysis using Belt methodology
    • Demonstrable problem solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Must be able to work under continuous pressure for extended periods
