    Interior Designer

     Key Accountabilities:

    • B2B Engagement: Lead and manage meetings to understand the vision, requirements, and objectives. Develop strong, professional relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Brief Analysis: Take comprehensive design briefs from clients/consultants, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. Translate these into actionable design strategies and plans.
    • Floor Plans & Presentations: Consult with the Studio to compile and create detailed floor plans and presentation packages for various developments. Ensure all designs are aligned with client specifications, project goals, and Weylandtstudio brand ethos.
    • Furniture Packages: Develop curated furniture packages using Weylandts furniture, ensuring each package complements the intended look and feel of the space. Tailor selections to suit different apartment types and design schemes.
    • Budget Management: Streamline production capacities and manage budgets effectively for each project. Ensure all design solutions are cost-efficient while maintaining high quality and aesthetic standards.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

     Technical Skills:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
    • National Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the role – REVIT or AutoCAD.
    • Strong proficiency in creating floor plans, presentation packages, and furniture selections. Familiarity with Weylandts furniture is highly desirable.
    • Project experience: Proven experience in design consulting within the B2B sector, particularly with a focus on interior design and furniture solutions.
