    Infrastructure and ITSM Lead SAF

    • The Infrastructure and ITSM Lead is responsible for leading ITSM in SAF district and managing processes including functionality of Service Desk on SMAX. Assisting in architecture discussions, input for decision making and providing guidance within Global IT guidelines on infrastructure and technology decisions.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • ITSM: Lead ITSM in SAF district and manage processes including functionality of Service Desk on SMAX
    • IT Architecture: Assist in architecture discussions and input for decision making
    • IT Infrastructure: Provide guidance within Global IT guidelines on infrastructure and technology decisions.
    • LAN

    • IT Operations: Lead IT operations in SAF resolving escalations and matters regarding IT services delivered in SAF and Africa where required.
    • Provide strong and effective support to country, regional, and program management teams.
    • Project Management: Implementation, Collaboration and participation within projects
    • Field Services: Establish field services and collaborations within SAF and other countries where required
    • Monitoring: Monitoring of all IT Network services and platform services sites within SAF and Africa where required
    • Risk Management: Participate and collaboration within Risk management discussions and providing input.
    • Escalation Process – Resolving escalations and complex problem management
