What you will be doing:

• Take the lead in designing and implementing both major and minor workflow processes and components, bringing your creative vision to life.
• Test and deliver workflow-based solutions, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive onsite training and documentation support, empowering teams to embrace new processes with confidence.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
• Consistently meet expectations and deliverables with a focus on quality and timeliness, driving success.
• Take ownership of creating, implementing, and maintaining workflow processes and other digital stack modules, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

What you need:

• BEng Industrial Engineering Degree
• Experience in workflow design would be beneficial
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
