    Human Resources Manager - Rustenburg

    Human Resources Manager

    • Develop, maintain, and review group Human Resource and development policies and procedures that are in line with company and legislative requirements.
    • Advise and support management on Human Resource policies and procedures to enable achievement of operational and strategic business targets.
    • Lead, mentor and manage the operational HR team in support of the optimisation of Human Resources/delivery of the strategy.
    • Ensure the execution of the IDEAL and other business transformation framework (e.g. planning, implementation, maintenance and reporting) to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce and progressive employee engagement.
    • Effectively lead and execute activities across the HR value chain (e.g.  job design and grading framework, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management (retention, succession), Performance Management, Culture, Training & Development and Leadership Development).
    • Ensure all HR audits, group and legislative reporting is completed accurately. 
    • Lead the Group Employee Benefits team, ensuring admin excellence, recon/ payments, and reporting of employee benefits.
    • Implement and manage the use of technology to increase efficiencies.
    • Lead all Human Resource systems and digitalisation framework.
    • Track record of managing and implementing Organisational Development projects
    • Managing Talent Management initiatives from entry level i.e Scholarships through to graduate programs, internal talent development and employee value proposition for external attraction.
    • Managing group Learning and development initiatives including a leadership development framework. 
    • Ensure quality management and ISO requirements are met for learning and development framework.
    • Lead, mentor and support the HR team, assigning tasks and projects to meet objectives and deadlines.
    • A team player who will collaborate with other HR colleagues in the group.
    • Drive Administration excellence by establishing and maintaining effective HR controls and systems to ensure compliance and accuracy in HR and Employee Benefits processes and group reporting.
    • Cultivate sound employee relationships and manage labour relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
    • A custodian of fair labour practice and driver of our “Home Away from Home” culture
