Conduct moderation on theoretical and practical assessments to determine compliance

• Submit reports and keep records of all moderations
• Responsible for coaching/facilitation and moderation of Engineering learners
• Responsible for all standards and processes related to training required at the training center.
• Ensures that training facilities and equipment are maintained in good state of repair by conducting inspections safety audits in area of responsibility.
• Develop Engineering personnel by means of theoretical and practical evaluation.
• Design and develop learning material as required, for continual improvement of set processes and procedures.
