HR Operations Specialist at Kimberly-Clark

The role will support multiple geography. Here are a few of your main responsibilities:

• HR Operations Management – providing local market knowledge and expertise on the effective delivery of our day to day hire to retire HR processes, policies and activities. 
•  A focus on adherence to standard, continuous improvement opportunities and providing an engaging and customer-focused service in partnership with a third-party provider. 
• Local legislative tasks as appropriate 
• Accountable for delivering resolution for complex issues and escalations 
• Administrative support for ad-hoc projects and local Labour Relations (inc. EWC coordination)
• HR Policies and Information – reviewing and keeping up to date HR policies and maintaining content on the HR portal. 
• Partner with outsourced provider to educate them on KC culture, policy and practice. 
• Consistently review and monitor their performance to make sure they reach monthly objectives/targets
• Providing HR Operations cover (HR operations processes design, Global and Regional HR Operations Projects implementation) across EMEA
• The role is offered as a Hybrid position. 

About you:

• As a person, you have a good knowledge about HR and labour laws. Any additional language skill on top of English would be advantageous. 
• You have about three years of experience in HR with multiple countries and for a global company.
• You are enthusiastic, a good communicator and keen on working in HR transformation and process management.
• You love working with people from different cultures, you know how to manage your workload effectively and not scared of taking new challenge.
