    Hotroom Operator - Malmesbury

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure line efficiencies (cook 5tanks per day)
    • Make sure tanks are cleaned before use
    • Cook according to specifications
    • Report negative deviations
    • Check wheels of tanks

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 NSC/ N3
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Food Manufacturing Industry
    • Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures
