PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Help Desk Administrator provide support to a company's clients. Essential job duties for this role include ensuring a pleasant customer experience, diagnosing, and solving customer issues, managing customer accounts, taking incoming phone calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage all desk administrative duties
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Welcome and greet customers
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Matric Certificate

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
