JOB DESCRIPTION

• To execute the strategy and drive the implementation and adherence to the compliance and risk policies and procedures in order to reduce risk and meet regulatory compliance.
• To drive the implementation of the Commercial Property Finance (CPF) strategy within Operations Shared Services in order to realise the strategic objectives of achieving the market share for Commercial Property Finance.
• To drive the execution of pricing arbitration to retain business and achieve profit targets.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Required

• Finance & Value Management: 3-4 years Managing budgets and cost management
• Risk & Corporate Affairs: 5-7 years experience covering all aspects of Risk Management
• Shared Services: 8-10 years PBB & Group Operations Shared Services Deep specialist home loans knowledge and experience across the end-to-end value chain. 

Qualifications

• A Business Commerce degree and a Project Management qualification / certification would be required for this role.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be required but will also be offered while in the role.
