    Head of Financial Services - Kenilworth

    Job Purpose:

    The Head of Retail Financial Services plays a critical role in shaping and executing the financial services strategy of the company. This dynamic leader is responsible for managing key partnerships, driving Incremental sales, revenue and profitability, nurturing an innovative, customer centric culture, influencing internal and external stakeholders, delivering performance reports and presentations and leading a team of product managers, whilst developing a talent pipeline

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 5-8 years’ experience
    • Proven experience in designing and executing financial services strategies, preferably in a retail context.
    • Strong track record of managing key partnerships and delivering revenue and profitability targets.
    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

    Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and influencing abilities with the capacity to collaborate with various stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and growth.
    • Ability to prepare and present high-quality reports and presentations, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and industry trends.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Services Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial services strategy that aligns with the company's overall values, goals and objectives.
    • Partnership Management:  Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, ensuring collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Revenue and PnL Management: Drive revenue growth and manage the profit and loss (PnL) for the financial services division, continually seeking opportunities for optimization.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, regulatory bodies, and industry associations, to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Reporting and Presentations: Produce and deliver clear and insightful reports and presentations on the performance of the retail financial services division, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering innovation and accountability within the department.
    • Succession Planning: Build a talent pool by identifying, nurturing, and preparing future leaders within the organization, ensuring a robust succession plan
