    Head of Administration

    Introduction

    • To manage and take responsibility for the Administration Function within the respective zone, to ensure that overall operational, regulatory and compliance standards are being met. To implement systems, which effectively integrates suppliers with zone requirements, so that services are provided as and when required to achieve service level requirements and cost parameters on a per zone basis. To negotiate with external service providers such as Landlords, Municipalities, Contractors, etc. to ensure that services are rendered as required within agreed-upon timeline and in a cost effective manner.

    Minimum requirements

    Education:

    • Qualification in Business Management or any related qualification.
    • Code EB or B manual driver’s licence.

    Experience:

    •  3 years’ management or 5 years’ supervisory experience in Property Services or Facilities Management environment.
    • or 5 - 8 years General Administration and Project Management experience or 5 – 8 years Supply Chain / Procurement Management/ Asset Management.
    • SAP & SRM Literate.
    •  Computer Literacy (Office Suite).
