    Guest Service Representative - Cape Town

    Responsibilities:

    •  Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
    •  Provide information about the facility, services, and local attractions
    •  Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
    •  Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
    •  Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests

    Requirements:

    •  Excellent customer service and communication skills
    •  Ability to handle guest issues with tact and diplomacy
    •  Familiarity with hotel operations and local attractions
    •  Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
