    Group Talent Manager

    About the job

    • A leading luxury furniture manufacturer is looking for a high potential Talent Manager to join the team. With a recently appointed CHRO focused on building a talent capability from the ground up, we are looking for a Talent Manager with passion and presence and the energy to build a talent function that places people at the heart of the organisation. The CHRO is committed to your development and growth. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but being passionate about talent acquisition, onboarding & offboarding, L&D, Leadership Development and succession is not negotiable. This is a roll up your sleeves job, writing job descriptions and the like, engaging with business and its people directly. If you are willing to embrace learning and executing at the same time -taking you out of your comfort zone, then this one is for you.


    Qualifications

    • Minimum of honours degree

    Experience

    • At least 5 years experience in a best practice talent environment
