    Group Specialist: Young Talent YES

    Role Purpose

    • To provide operational support to the Group HR Talent Portfolio by co-ordinating Young Talent Portfolio workstreams which include marketing, recruitment and induction/onboarding to achieve the Nedbank’s Young Talent strategy.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress against, as well as project risk register.
    • Build and manage Young Talent Portfolio stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation including steerco, OpCom packs and presentations as required.
    • Report on project milestones, progress, risks and mitigations on all workstreams.
    • Coordinate and consolidate status reports monthly and quarterly.
    • Project manage and co-ordinate marketing and brand positioning workstreams to ensure marketing initiatives takes place effectively and Nedbank positions itself as Young Talent Employer of choice. This should be done within set parameters (timelines, budget etc.).
    • Project manage and co-ordinate recruitment workstreams to ensure recruitment takes place effectively and within set parameters (timelines, budget etc.)
    • Project manage and co-ordinate onboarding and induction workstreams within set parameters (timelines, budget etc.)
    • Plan, co-ordinate and execute Young Talent Portfolio events (virtual and in-person) within set parameters (timelines, budget etc.)
    • Execute all activities in a way that minimises operational, financial and reputational risk to the bank.
    • Ensure on-time processing and payment of vendor invoices and manage vendor relationships in line with Nedbank procurement policies.
    • Identify opportunities to improve and enhance Young Talent Portfolio operational processes.

    Qualifications

    • Matric/ Grade 12/ National Senior Certificate
    • Advanced Diplomas/First Degrees
    • PMBOK

    Minimum Experience Level

    • 7 years Experience in Project Management
    • AND/OR T raining and Development / Youth Programme experience.
