    Group Specialist Performance Enablement

    Role Purpose

    • Apply deep HR Domain and performance enablement expertise to lead, contextualise, design and operationalize the performance enablement practice across the business aligned to the people and grow me strategies as well as ongoing shifts in the ‘future of work’. Product & service leadership will involve the design of integrated performance enablement solutions and advisory including but not limited to the following:
    • PE Practice Design (as part of Grow Me Product), visioning & cross HR product integration
    • Process Re-imagination
    • Technology Enablement
    • Digitalisation
    • Service Delivery Model Operationalisation
    • Performance Enablement data, analytics and insights (that are translatable and enable culture, behavior and business performance impact)
    • People (cross stakeholder)

    Experience and Qualifications

    • 8 years experience in providing a breadth of PE products and services across the business
    • Relevant Degree / Honours in Human Behaviour related field / studying towards 
    • Expertise in Performance Enablement at increasing levels of complexity 
    • Experience partnering the HR community on integrated Performance Enablement
    • Working knowledge and practical skills in Performance Enablement design and implementation
    • Working knowledge and piratical application in translating strategic workforce plans and broader HR product / service 
    •   implications for Performance Enablement outcomes 
    • Exposure to product ownership (HR product design, implementation and leadership) but with expertise in practice (sub 
    •   product) design & implementation
    • Proven track record in leading components Performance Enablement (i.e. solutions have been implemented and show impact)
    • Demonstrates an agile/growth mindset Agile/Scrum certifications are a BONUS (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product 
    •   Owner or the SAFe SM/PO certifications)
