    Graduate: Sales Support Administrator :Sanlam Direct Cape

    What will you do?

    This is a 12 month contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the Financial Services industry.

    Tasks Can Include The Following

    The successful candidate will be working closely with the Quality Assurance team, the System Implementation team as well as the Trainers in Sanlam Direct:

    Administrated related;

    • Set-up of new users on new sales system, D365
    • Preparation of new campaigns in D365, allocation of scripting onto system, and all other data elements for campaign readiness.
    • Set-up of all staff profiles, personal details, legislative inputs on D365
    • General filing, photcopying and binding of new training manuals, briefings documents.
    • Scanning in of previous product accreditations documents to have electronic version.

    Other Tasks Can Include

    • Updating of excel sheets containing information regarding quality scores monthly
    • Assisting with finding and retrieving of call for Qa or trainer to evaluate.
    • Get exposure to also listen to calls for specific campaign requirements, whether met or not.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Qualification & Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Degree in Business Administration; HR or Learning and Development

    Knowledge And Skills

    • Successful candidate should be unemployed
    • Preferably no or very limited previous working experience
    • Knowledge and experience in MS Office
