Graduate Engineering Internship (Electrical) at WSP in Africa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the compiling of relevant engineering calculations, tenders, project proposals, detailed design and drawings.
• Support on compiling detailed designs, drawings, and construction monitoring which includes working on site as required
• Assist with designs of Lighting Systems, LV electrical building services; MV electrical bulk site services; Single Line diagrams, MV/LV Reticulation, Generators, CCTV, Building Management Systems, Access control, Audio Visual,
• Liaising with other engineering departments to ensure coordinated solutions.
• Ensure compliance to company ISO9001 requirements at all times.
• Maintain quality standards in the engineering and drawing office when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum BEng / BSc in Electrical Engineering
• ECSA candidate advantageous or in the process of applying to be a candidate
• 0-3 years work related experience in the field of electrical engineering design is an advantage
