Forklift Driver - Centurion at RCL Foods

Job Description    

• RCL FOODS is currently recruiting for Forklift drivers to join our Speciality Division based in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and offloading of trucks and/or customer vehicles and performing stocktakes when required

Minimum Requirements    

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid Forklift Driving license
• At least 2 years working experience in FMCG environment
• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Good organising and administrative skills
• Must be energetic, self-motivated and pro-active
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Team player with sober habits

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Loading and offloading of trucks and/or customer vehicles
• Moving goods and packing material
• Ensure Safe put away of stock both physically and on the system
• Neat stacking of empty pallets according to safety regulations
• Assist with general duties within the Department
• Ensure required packaging material necessary for the production plan is retrieved from the Bag Store
• Perform stocktakes when required
• Ensure good manufacturing practices are adhered to 
• Adhere to internal departmental performance requirements, targets and quality standards as determined by management
