Forensic Administrator-Intern at Bayport Financial Services

ROLE PURPOSE: 

• The Forensic Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Forensics Department (FD) operational requirements for the business area, including servicing stakeholders with forensics related queries, capturing reported cases, processing claims and invoices.
• The Forensic Administrator will also be required to support the implementation of the FD Strategy through key FD initiatives, as required. 
• In delivering FD support to the business, the Forensic Administrator must always ensure compliance with  
• business requirements, policies and procedures. The incumbent also acts as an employee champion and is responsible for driving the values and culture of the organisation.

EDUCATION 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• NQF Level 5 qualification in Fraud Risk Management/Business Management/Business Administration  

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 0 - 6 months minimum general office administration experience (preferably) 

DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 

• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)  
• Knowledge on RUBIQ case management system (advantageous)  
• Good written and verbal communication  
• Working knowledge of fraud
