    Job Description & Summary

You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

    Your main purpose is to support the implementation of the Firmwide L&D team’s learning initiatives

     
    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • HR Management diploma (without workplace experience) from a public TVET College.

    Experience required:

    • This is a workplace experience opportunity, therefore any workplace experience would be beneficial.

     
    Responsibilities of role:

    • Supporting all Firmwide L&D learning activities:
    • Scheduling of learning events (in-person, virtual and blended)
    • Communicate with curriculum manager and business area representatives
    • Resource reservations
    • Catering
    • Arrangements with canteen
    • Prepare and hand vouchers to the facilitator on the day of training.
    • L&D logistics (e.g. nametags, materials, attendance registers, lunch vouchers)
    • Monitor attendance.  Ensure that facilitators consolidated and confirmed attendance of each session
    • Liaison with facilitators 
    • Target Audience analysis
    • Ensure that facilitators consolidated and confirmed attendance of each session
    • Monitoring of bookings and feedback

    Report on:

    • Evaluations completed 
    • Facilitator feedback
    • Evaluation of content
    • Reconciliation of catering costs (per event) against receipts from supplier
    • Attend meetings with business
