Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven sales experience and a track record of success.
• Qualification in Business/Sales Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in the printing technology industry is advantageous.
• Highly proficient in computer skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to secure orders and establish new accounts.
• Create compelling sales presentations tailored to different customer needs and our product portfolio.
• Focus sales efforts by analyzing customer volume and buying potential in the assigned area.
• Process orders accurately by referencing price lists, product literature, and sales guides.
• Keep management informed with detailed activity and results reports.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, products, and competitor strategies.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, providing recommendations for resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments through training and workshops.
• Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Attend weekly sales meetings at the office to collaborate with the team and share insights.
