    Executive Director - Aerosol Packaging

    • Degree or National Diploma in Business
    • 5+ years in a senior management role within the packaging industry.
    • Exposure to the aerosol manufacturing or packaging industry
    • Proven experience in financial management
    • Strong interpersonal and communication kills
    • The ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders, including Government Departments such as DoEL, DTI, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve measurable results.
    • Knowledge of managing an EPR scheme will be an advantage.
    • Commitment to ethical and transparent organisational practices.
