    Executive Associate

    Role Purpose    

    • To provide business management oversight, analysis and the implementation of the strategic outcomes, to support and provide input into the strategic direction of the business through research and insights, provide value adding services to optimise delivery, capabilities and stakeholder engagement within the operating model to identify and to address any operational, financial and technological risk for Momentum Money.

    Requirements    

    • 3-6 years’ experience in the financial services industry
    • 2-4 years’ executive support experience Growing Talent

    Relevant degree

    • Relevant post-graduate qualification preferable

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Manage business outcomes (Internal Process)

    • To manage the relationships and expectations by developing partnerships that will keep all stakeholders informed.
    • To manage media profile of the CEO and to act as a media contact to effectively respond and to optimise public relations opportunities and exposure.
    • Contribute to the development of return on the business model and metrics for public relations.
    • Take ownership of projects that support the realisation of the organisations strategy.
    • Support and align efforts across the business to meet multiple stakeholder and business needs.
    • Ability to understand, analyse and synthesize business requirements.
    • Assist with identifying and initiating new projects; managing resources and drive the resolution of issues.
    • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
    • Keep abreast with best practises within the financial services industries.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, processes and methodologies.
    • Manage the quality of coaching for groups and individual to ensure the correct skills, knowledge and behaviour is imbedded.
    • Track, control and influence business activities with the specific aim to increase and improve operational service & efficiencies.
    • Foster collaboration between teams and business stakeholders in order to provide holistic services to the business.
    • Participate in calibration sessions with the value chain enablers in order to ensure quality standards are in line with business requirements.
    • Identify and report on any significant performance issues and implement a plan to resolve to maintain strategic outcomes.
    • Conduct regular engagement with stakeholders in order to cascade information if required.
    • Recommend opportunities in order to enhance processes and increase effectiveness.
    • Report on the status of the business performance within the CEO’s holistic portfolio.
    • Participate and contribute in strategic debates and direction of the business.
    • Work cross functionally with the leadership team of Momentum Money.
    • Assist the CEO with key presentations internally and externally.

    Enable client centricity within area of responsibility (Client Services)

    • Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the process of negotiating objective and realistic service level agreements, monitor appropriateness and recommend solutions.
    • Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are met and managed.
    • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of esponsibility.
    • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
    • Support the design and development of compliance and internal audit functions.
    • Continuously monitor turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance client service delivery.
    • Drive client service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards in order to ensure that clients receive appropriate advice and after sales service.

    • Optimise the data and reporting of key financial metrics for business decision making.
    • Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
