Exec: Digital Transformation Consulting at BCX

Core Description

• To provide thought leadership and expert consultation to clients in the field of Digital Consulting within Digital Platform Solutions. This is achieved through the engagement and consultation with strategic clients to deliver a Digital Consulting strategy and roadmap to support digital transformation journeys for our clients.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Develop and execute the Digital Consulting strategy, product sets and go-to-market strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Lead Digital Consulting to improve/change the client experience through the application of emerging digital technologies.
• Align Digital Consulting features and capabilities with core product roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic client meetings to develop Digital Consulting strategy and roadmaps to transform the client’s journey to digitisation and improve operational performance.
• Manage and/or oversee projects to successfully deliver on Digital Consulting roadmaps in accordance with scope, budget and service level agreements.
• Monitor progress against Digital Consulting goals and continue to map against the rapidly changing landscape.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts within strategic guidelines, directing and coordinating activities to achieve revenue and cost containment targets.

• Alternatively, 11 years’ experience in Digital Consulting with 5 years at an Executive level
